444泰山医学院

TaishanMedicalUniversity (TSMU)wasfoundedin1891astheMedicalSchoolofHuameiHospital.The universitywasco-foundedwithGongheMedicalSchoolin1903whichwascalled MedicalCollegeofQiluUniversitylater.In1952,theMedicalCollegeofQilu UniversitymergedwithShandongMedicalCollegewhichwasfoundedin1932and formedthenewShandongMedicalCollege(thecampuslocatedinJinan city).In1970,ShandongMedicalCollegemergedwithShandong CollegeofTraditionalChineseMedicineandmovedtotheLoudedistrictof XintaicountyofTai’ancity(therearofficeinJinancity).TheLoudeBranch CollegeofShandongMedicalCollegewasfoundedin1974andthenwasmovedto Tai’ancityin1979.ItsnamewaschangedintotheTai’anBranchCollegeof ShandongMedicalCollege.WiththeapprovaloftheStateCouncilin1981,its namewasthenchangedtoTaishanMedicalUniversity.444泰山医学院

InNovember2006,TaishanMedicalUniversitypassedthefirstroundof Undergraduate-Teaching-evaluationorganizedbytheMinistryofEducationwith excellentgrade.Ouruniversityistheexperimentalunitof Outstanding-Doctor-TrainingProgramapprovedbytheMinistryofEducationand theMinistryofHealth(nowtheNationalHealthandFamilyPlanningCommission), andtheappliedcharacteristicconstructionunitofShandongProvince.Itis alsothepilotuniversityofthereformonClinical-Master-Training-Mode approvedbytheMinistryofEducationandtheNationalHealthandFamily PlanningCommission.Besides,theundergraduatedisciplineofClinicalMedicine isthefirstprofessionalcomPhensivereformpilotprojectapprovedbythe MinistryofEducation.444泰山医学院
